The second digital balloting for the remaining High Horse Power Tractors (75–125 HP) under the CM Punjab Green Tractor Scheme 2025, which was earlier scheduled on 29 December 2025, has now been rescheduled and completed.

The digital balloting process was formally inaugurated by Syed Ashiq Hussain Kirmani, Minister for Agriculture Punjab.

Guide for Successful Farmers: CM Punjab Green Tractor Scheme (2nd Balloting Results)

The Government of Punjab is pleased to announce the successful completion of the 2nd Computerized Balloting held on January 6, 2026.If you were successful in this draw, please follow the steps below carefully to secure your subsidized tractor.

Step 1: Collect Your Offer Letter

All successful farmers must immediately visit their concerned Office of the Deputy Director (Extension) Agriculture.

  • Action: Collect your official Offer Letter/Allotment Letter.
  • Requirement: Bring your original CNIC for verification.

Step 2: Deposit Your Share at the Bank of Punjab (BOP)

Once you have your Offer Letter, check the financial details provided in the table.

  • The Amount: Look specifically at Column 8 of your Offer Letter. This is the final amount you must pay.
  • Where to Deposit: Visit any branch of the Bank of Punjab (BOP).
  • Important: Ensure the payment is made by the deadline to avoid the cancellation of your allotment.

Step 3: Submit Proof of Payment

Your process is not complete until the Agriculture Department receives confirmation of your payment.

  1. After paying at the bank, take a photocopy of the bank deposit receipt.
  2. Submit this copy to the office of your concerned Deputy Director (Extension) Agriculture.
  3. Keep your original receipt in a safe place for the final delivery of your tractor.

🚨Important Deadline: January 20, 2026

The final date to deposit your share in the Bank of Punjab is January 31, 2026.

Warning: If the amount mentioned in Column 8 is not deposited by the close of banking hours on January 20, your allotment will be automatically cancelled and offered to the next person on the waiting list.

Key Directions from the Authority

To ensure transparency and proper use of the subsidy, please note the following legal requirements:

  • Non-Transferable: This allotment is only for the person named in the letter. You cannot transfer this right to any other person.
  • Resale Ban: Beneficiary farmers are strictly prohibited from selling or transferring the tractor for a period of 03 years.
  • No Model Changes: The tractor make and horsepower (HP) selected during the application process cannot be changed at this stage.

Punjab’s agriculture sector is the backbone of its rural economy. However, the high cost of tractors and reliance on outdated methods keep many farmers from modernizing their operations. The Chief Minister Punjab (Phase II) Green Tractors Program 2025-2026 directly addresses this issue by offering modern tractors at highly subsidized rates, empowering farmers to boost productivity.

  • Under the Chief Minister Punjab Green Tractor Program, 20,000 tractors will be provided on subsidy during 2025.
